How do you screen guests and what is your criteria?No worries, most platforms perform background checks and ID verification. After provided this information from each inquiry we will take a personal approach to accept or decline the guests. We do ask guests the reasoning for their stay which gives us more information on the screening process. This is our business and we take pride in our guests safety and experience as well as caring for your unit.

How does your vacation rental business make money without taking a percentage of the rent?We operate on a different model that allows you to keep 100% of your requested rent. Guests are willing to pay a premium to rent the spaces for a shorter period of time, and we simply collect any residual amounts over your requested rent. This means that you get to set the price for your rental space and keep the entire amount. We believe in providing a transparent and fair service that puts control in the hands of the property owners. With our model, you can maximize your earnings without having to sacrifice a percentage of your rent.

What is the typical duration of stay for guests at JC Stays?Our working and traveling guests may stay anywhere from 5 days to several months. This really depends on seasonality and the occupation of the guests. Many are remote workers or contractors that require a 2-3 month stay. Our flexible rental options cater to both short-term and long-term stays, allowing guests to choose the duration that best fits their needs.

How do you know who's booked for the space? How do you track who's coming in and out?With your permission, we install a Wi-Fi enabled security camera on the exterior of the building to ensure the guest is not accompanied by any unwarranted persons. In addition, our property is equipped with secure locks that you are provide access, of course.

What platforms do you market on? Airbnb, VRBO, etc......?We use several travel booking sites. For example: Furnished Finder, Booking, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These are online travel platforms. We screen all applicants. It is important to keep a high trust level with you. We market units to corporate travelers, traveling nurses, leisure tourists, and people traveling for business and work on several different marketing channels.

Parties? How do you ensure that isn't going to happen?We do everything we can to avoid parties or any kind of gathering that threaten the unit. It is in our business's best interest to keep these rentals in perfect shape. If they are not, we experience downtime and lose out on revenue. In addition, this hurts our reputation on these platforms and we lose out on quality stays. You can understand from a business perspective. How can we avoid parties...We have noise detectors monitoring the units. If noise passes above a certain decibel level, our team is alerted and we will dispatch members to the building and ask guest(s) to leave.
